THE FIRST ARTICLE ON KAYAK DOG'S SITE
Submitted by: Rod on October 22, 2008

Welcome to Kayak Dog. We have created a section so whitewater enthusiasts can "blog", which is to say ... post articles about whitewater trips, paddling clinics, gear, and anything whitewater related.

Also photos can be added to the articles as seen below:

Also, hypertext links can be added like . . . Big Dog Arcade and http://www.bigdogarcade.com

Images can also be displayed at half page size so that text can wrap around them. They may be positioned at the left or right or side by side

Access to posting your whitewater related articles and blogs are free and highly encouraged. It is limited to non-commercial content. That means if you have a store and you are selling products then this is not the place to conduct that type of business.

Premium membership is only $10 a year. This allows you to upload and store your photos at Kayak Dog, and also allows you to get RIVER ALERTS on your CELL PHONE

RIVER ALERT is a totally awesome feature created by Kayak Dog. All members can create a custom river list to view on their profile page. This allows quick reference for the member to monitor his or her rivers at a glance.

PREMIUM MEMBERS can get these LIVE USGS RIVER LEVELS sent to their CELL PHONE ! You pick your rivers! You turn your RIVER ALERT on or off when desired. You determine how often you wish to receive them as well ... hourly, every 4 hours, daily . . . If your river is not in our database just contact Kayak Dog and we'll add it. Must be a river with a USGS gauge and also it would be helpful if you could provide info on what levels are too low, low, optimum, high, and flooded.

Images can also be displayed side by side so You can create the best presentation possible...
